Speakers include formerly incarcerated individuals Michael Shoemaker, Carmen Pacheco-Jones, and Ardell Shaw, photographer and attorney Deborah Espinosa, as well as Professor. Alexes Harris, author of A Pound of Flesh: Monetary Sanctions as Punishment for the Poor. An LFO reform bill, HB 1783, is pending at the state legislature.
