Leah Rutman, ACLU of Washington Health Care & Liberty Counsel speaks about the potential impact of this election – specifically, the Washington state’s House of Representatives’ power over health care. Jennifer Cole shares the latest on Referendum 90, the Washington state law requiring all public schools to teach age-appropriate, inclusive, comprehensive sexual health education to K-12 students.
