No Ban, No Wall, Justice for All

Date:
Sunday, October 15, 2017 - 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Location:
Westlake Park, Seattle
American civil rights, and their nature as a haven for refugees and immigrants, have been under sustained attack by the Trump administration and the Alt-Right. The fabric of American society is under threat by those that wish to see an authoritarian and racist system crush those that they deem unworthy.

We do not accept the Muslim Ban; neither do we accept the deportation of the Dreamers, children who have known no other home than the United States.

Further, we decry and denounce the utterly un-American proposed policy of DHS to probe social media belonging to immigrants—including legal permanent residents, naturalized citizens and citizens who associate with immigrants.

We refuse the murder of innocent people of color by police. We do not accept Nazis shouting "Jews will not replace us!" We do not accept violence against Americans of any gender or color or creed. We will not be silenced by bigots, nor cowed by their violence.

Please join us Sunday the 15th of October from 1pm to 5pm, at Westlake Park, to protest the Muslim Ban, the deportation of the Dreamers, anti-Semitism, policy brutality against people of color and the unconstitutional probing of immigrant's social media.
