Tacoma Area Candidate Forum

Candidates for Port of Tacoma, Tacoma City Council, Tacoma School District and Metropolitan Park District Commissioner will be available at a community forum on Saturday, October 12, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, at Star Center. The candidates are scheduled at the following times:

10:30 am Port of Tacoma
11:15 am Tacoma School District
Noon Metropolitan Park District
12:45 pm Tacoma City Council At Large 7 & 8

This forum is free and open to the public. People who attend may submit questions for the candidates.

This event is co-sponsored by the UW Tacoma Division of Politics, Philosophy and Public Affairs; and by the Tacoma-Pierce County Affordable Housing Consortium. All three organizations are nonpartisan and do not support or oppose any candidates.
