The ACLU and its supporters marched to continue the work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and support justice for all at the MLK Day Celebration, January 16, 2017. We joined thousands of community members and rallied and marched for the protection and advancement of civil liberties and civil rights.

Through the theme of “Coalition through Community,” the conference aims to foster an understanding of differences that lead to enhancing our communities. Come visit the ACLU’s table to learn more about our work on LGBTQ rights and other issues.
Join experts and organizers from the ACLU of Washington and ACLU National for a training session on how to canvass and otherwise build opposition to this harmful measure. The training will allow you to start contributing to the work to defeat I-1552 at the Seattle Pride march on June 25 and other upcoming events. Light dinner will be provided.
