Join us in recognizing International Overdose Awareness Day. VOCAL-WA will fill Westlake Park with balloons symbolizing those we lost this year to overdose. There will be information tables, a photo display, speakers, and Naloxone training and distribution (while supplies last). One life is too many lost.
Transgender Day of Remembrance, which occurs annually on November 20, is a day to memorialize those who have been murdered as a result of transphobia and to bring attention to the continued violence endured by the transgender community.
